Women are craving a more feminine way to build their business
A while ago, someone told me:
“You need to go to a 10-day meditation retreat to figure out your business idea.”
He had found his own soul-aligned business idea through ten days of silence in Vipassana meditation.
I knew he was right. The kind of business I came here to build would never come from strategy decks, trends, or branding exercises.
It had to come from somewhere deeper – my heart and soul.
Yet, something within me was quietly whispering that there was another way to receive this soul-level clarity, here, at home, in my own rhythm.
Searching for the business idea - the feminine way
To be honest, I was very tired of trying to figure out what kind of business I was here to build. For such a long time I had tried to find the answer by “just doing it”.
I was tired of chasing clarity that never fully landed.
Tired of trying.
I wasn’t sure if the dreams I once held were still mine or just old identities I had outgrown.
Many entrepreneurs said to me,
“you will figure it out as you build it.”
I believe in that too.
That is the masculine way. And a part of the process.
But as a woman, I was yearning for the feminine way, also. I wanted to turn within to find the clarity in a way that my body, mind, and soul could truly feel aligned with the new business. The business purpose, vision, mission, audience, service/product, and so on…
So one day this summer, I stopped.
I said (some might call it a prayer):
“Show me clearly. Tell me what I’m here to create and I will do it. I am ready.”
And then I surrendered.
As an entrepreneur, I took a big risk and stopped working on my business. What that also meant was I let go of all the ideas I had.
I let go of all things I should do.
I let go of marketing my services.
I was fully ready to throw everything I had built into the trash.
You can imagine how that felt. Scary.
So many emotions were coming to the surface. I worked a lot on my nervous system, as the “what am I doing?!” panic took over, more than once.
I thought I knew what surrendering was.
But for the first time, I truly learned what it means to surrender fully, into the unknown, and for a longer stretch of time than I ever had before.
Then one day, something opened.
Kind of like a soft knowing that had been circulating in my mind for some time already.
“What are you waiting for. Find the clarity your way. You know how to do that already and have all the tools for it.”
And it was true.
- I have built global brands.
- I know business: I have a Master of Science in Business degree and tons of experience from the business world.
- My magic power is to help people see things from new, fresh perspectives, the way that they take action.
- I know how to guide people into the heart and soul space to find clarity.
- I know how to hold loving space for others.
So I began doing that for myself.
I took the inner work sessions that I had done in the past with my clients and transformed those tools into the business context.
I tested and I listened.
I started building my new business from my own rhythm and wisdom. The feminine way.
Other Women Are Craving To Build a Business Like This, too.
The business coaching market is currently transforming, as women are waking up to the reality, that they cannot continue operating in the man’s business world anymore.
The balance must be found. The feminine way is as important as the masculine way.
Neither of them is right nor wrong.
But it is crystal clear that many women don’t want to:
- Work in ways that disconnect them from their body and intuition.
- Push through cycles that ask for rest and reflection.
- Measure success only through performance, profit, or visibility.
- Be told to tone it down.
- Build alone, without shared space.
- Ignore the emotional and spiritual layers of entrepreneurship.
- Follow blueprints that were never designed for them.
This is not about removing business structures.
It’s about having space to fill the structure, the feminine way.
Deep down women want to belong to a community
After a month of walking my new path, I heard another intuitive message coming through:
“You are not supposed to do this alone. Other women are craving this, too. Invite them in.”
So I did. I wrote one honest WhatsApp message and sent it to a few people. No funnel. No textbook sales text. No launch. Just an invitation from my heart.
Five women and one man said yes immediately. (Yes, a man!)
They were all looking for the same thing I now see so many women longing for:
- A community
- Circle of people who celebrate each other’s success
- A rhythm that honours both ambition and rest
- Businesses aligned with their deeper yearnings
- A strategy that follows the inner truth, not the other way around
In this group, we are creating from the depths of our hearts and souls, while having the strategy and structure as part of the process.
We talk openly about our fears.
Together, we hold space for those fears.
We think big.
We cry.
We laugh.
In all honesty, I’m just a few steps ahead of the group with my new business. And I’m not pretending I have it all figured out either. But I do know, I am guided to lead this group, and I have all the tools to do that.
That’s how my Feminine Business Creation framework is being born.
It is beautiful to start seeing that after a few sessions, seven new businesses are slowly, beautifully, deeply emerging into this world.
Businesses that are in deep alignment with their founders.
Heal with me for a sec.
If you are an entrepreneur, ask yourself:
What part of my business no longer feels like me?
And what’s quietly asking to emerge instead?
Then surrender to the answer.
