I Know This Because I Lived It.
I was lying in bed one Saturday morning in 2017, sunlight streaming through the window, when a thought came:
“Why am I not doing something that truly reflects who I truly am?”
That moment cracked me open.
Back then my life looked perfect from the outside.
I had travelled the world, lived in six countries, and built the kind of life, career and success I once dreamed of.
I had MSc in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam, and was building my global career in media, branding and marketing working with brands like Heineken, ASICS, and Rituals Cosmetics.
But underneath that, I felt a quiet emptiness I couldn’t shake.
Because none of it reflected the woman I actually was.
What I Did Next Changed Everything
My father — who left his own corporate career to become a healer and life coach — started teaching me energy work, meditation, and clairvoyance in 2003.
Those teachings had been quietly waiting inside me while I built my life in the fast, masculine world of global marketing and media.
So when I hit that inner wall on that Saturday morning, I knew, it was time to turn within and start my self-healing journey.
I became determined to transform my life from the inside out and studied transformation and spiritual life coaching, became a yoga teacher, and began to apply everything I was learning to myself.
The Inward Years of Realignment
When COVID-19 arrived, I lost my job at Rituals Cosmetics as Global Media Manager and Brand Campaign Manager.
And I knew that this was the moment I had been waiting for. I was ready to start my own business.
I packed my things into a few boxes, let go of my home, home country, my career in the corporate world, old diet, old lifestyle and my old identity, and stepped into the unknown.
It wasn’t graceful.
It was raw. It was humbling and oh, so real.
Those years became a long initiation into stillness — learning how to be without performing. I was pushed to stop over-doing and replace it with listening, receiving, surrendering.
For someone used to achieving, analyzing, and moving fast, it was brutally confronting and felt like a waste of time, even if I was studying interior design and I slowly building my own business at the same time.
Layer by layer, I felt more freedom expanding inside me as I peeled away layers of trauma, unconscious beliefs, and attachment patterns. I released emotions that had lived in my body for years and went through Kundalini awakening and many stages of spiritual awakening.
That stillness had opened my feminine energy and for the first time in my life, I was finally with myself.
And in that state, I finally understood,
I didn’t need to search more. I was everything I had been searching for.
I fully embodied that real wellbeing comes from balancing feminine being and masculine doing.
Then came the business.
Ever since I left the corporate world and began searching for myself, I had also been searching for the business idea that truly reflected me.
I knew I was on the right path with my business, but something hadn’t been clicking.
I knew I was on the right path. But for years something wasn’t clicking. No strategy gave me what I was actually looking for — a business that felt unmistakably like me.
In 2025 I stopped pushing for the answer.
I did the most feminine thing I knew how to do. I surrendered. I listened. And everything I had been searching for arrived — not as a plan, but as a felt knowing, clear in my body before it made sense in my head.
My business realigned fast after that. Because I finally knew who I was — and I could build from there.
That experience is not just my story. It is the Founder Within Methodology.

Years in global business — branding, strategy, media, marketing at the highest level. I understand how exceptional businesses are built from the outside.
And 20+ years of intuitive healing work — going to the nervous system, the childhood imprints, the lineage patterns, the soul-level contracts, the mindset that quietly run every business decision a woman makes. I understand how they are transformed from the inside.
Most people have one or the other. I have both.
That combination is why the work lands where it does — at the exact intersection of business precision and soul-level depth. Where the strategy and the soul finally speak the same language.

Fun Facts About Me
– I have hiked the Inca Trail, Great Ocean Road, lived in a hippie community, been in Burning Man, traveled the world, scuba dived in many places, sky dived in NZ and lived in 6 different countries
– I have been drinking every morning fresh organic celery juice since 2019, but I still don’t like eating raw celery
– I channel higher dimensions as I speak
– I LOVE second-hand & flea-markets
– Even if I am a yoga teacher, I sometimes forget to do yoga
– I used to compete in swimming: I swam 14h a week when I was a teenager
– I spend lots of time in nature and often talk with the old trees.
