Tiia Stopped Becoming the Entrepreneur She Thought She Had to Be

She wanted her business to reflect something deeper.

But she kept trying to become the entrepreneur she thought she had to be.

Meet Tiia

Let me introduce you to Tiia, an entrepreneur who came to me while she was taking her business in a completely new direction.

She wanted her business to feel more like her. Not just in what she offered, but in how she communicated, marketed, and led it.

During one of our sessions, something became clear.

She looked at me and said: “I can’t keep working against myself anymore. My body won’t let me.”

She realized she had spent years overriding herself, not only in her business, but in her everyday life. Every time she ignored what felt true, her body responded immediately. There was no going back.

The Pattern: Becoming the Entrepreneur She Thought She Had to Be

For years, Tiia had softened her opinions, held back her knowledge, and filtered parts of herself that wanted to be seen.

Like many female entrepreneurs, she had quietly started measuring herself against other entrepreneurs. Without realizing it, she had begun shaping her business around who she thought she needed to become instead of building from who she already was.

She slowly started to drifted away from herself.

What We Did: Intuitive Business Healing in Group Setting

She participated one of my group programs and experienced my Founder Within Method—deep intuitive healing journeys that go directly to the layers where these patterns were formed.

As we worked together, Tiia began seeing something she had never fully understood before.

How her nervous system, personal history, and behavioural patterns had quietly shaped the way she worked, communicated, led, and made business decisions.

As those layers shifted, she no longer needed to force herself to become a different entrepreneur.

Her business started reflecting who she actually was.

What Shifted

She stopped trying to become someone else’s version of an entrepreneur.

She let go of compering herself to others. Instead of trying to build like everyone else, she began trusting that her own way of working, communicating, and serving clients was enough and that her uniqueness was exactly why people would choose her

Marketing stopped feeling like something she had to perform.

Before, Tiia carefully filtered herself. She tried to say the “right” things instead of what genuinely felt true. She spent energy thinking about how she should sound. Today, she writes, speaks, and shares her work much more directly. She no longer feels the need to explain or justify her work. Instead, she simply states what she does and trusts that the right people will resonate. She describes marketing as no longer feeling like stepping into a role. It now flows naturally from her work.

Her business became a much clearer expression of her expertise.

The essence of Tiia’s work didn’t change but her understanding of it did. She realized her service wasn’t a product separate from herself anymore. It became an expression of her own expertise and gifts. As a result, her services became more focused, her messaging gained depth, and she found much greater clarity around what her real core offer was and the direction she wanted to grow her business. She even tested a completely new way of working with clients, received very positive feedback, and realized that what she had originally thought would be her main offer wasn’t actually the direction she wanted to take.

She stopped putting herself in the background.

During our work together, Tiia realized how often she had placed herself last in business and in life. Today, she notices those moments immediately. She described developing very clear “no more” moments, where she can physically feel when something no longer aligns with her. She now speaks much more openly about her professional expertise, trusts that she knows what she’s doing, sets clearer boundaries, and no longer feels the need to please everyone. People around her have noticed the change because she became more grounded in herself.

The transformation reached far beyond her business.

She says this inner work influenced her family life, her motherhood, and even her romantic relationship by strengthening her self-worth and self-confidence. She developed a much stronger connection with her body and emotions and realized she could no longer ignore what they were telling her. She also found a much deeper trust in her own path, letting go of the pressure to have everything figured out. Instead of feeling uncertain about whether she could build the business she truly wanted, she now describes feeling excited, deeply trusting where she is going, and unable to wait to keep building it.

Working with Essi, my visibility changed significantly—first and foremost, in how I relate to myself. I now recognize my own boundaries with much greater clarity. The direction I want my business to grow in is grounded in a deeper understanding of myself, including how my nervous system, personal history, and behavioral patterns influence how I work and lead.

Why So Many Women Build Businesses That No Longer Feel Like Theirs

Many successful women don’t need another strategy. They need to stop building from patterns that were never truly theirs.

When you stop trying to become the entrepreneur you think you should be, your business naturally begins reflecting who you really are.

Your marketing changes. Your decisions change. Your visibility changes. Your direction becomes clearer.

Because you’ve stopped acting against yourself.

My clarity doesn't anymore come from polishing or performing but from allowing myself to speak from a more honest and grounded place. Marketing no longer feels like stepping into a role. It flows naturally from what I do.

I realized how much I had been trying to become like other entrepreneurs. Working with Essi helped me see that I can build my business in my own way.
