I work with women founders and entrepreneurs who are ready to stop performing in their business and start building what’s actually theirs.
I hold an MSc in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam and have been in the business world already before my Masters since 2006. I have worked in global branding, marketing, and media with brands such as Rituals, Heineken, and ASICS, and with smaller brands.
Alongside my business career, I did my first energy healing in 2003, first learned from my father, an intuitive healer, and later deepened through other teachers and my own healing path, practising everything I teach on myself.
This rare combination allows me to bridge strategic business clarity with intuitive depth and deep healing, exactly what we do on this program.

Essi’s Business Background
Essi is a highly strategic yet deeply intuitive businesswoman with a wealth of expertise in building global lifestyle brands. She has lived in six different countries, studied business in Helsinki, Hong Kong, and Amsterdam, and holds an MSc in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Throughout her corporate career, she has worked in global teams, gaining invaluable international experience.
Essi’s career began in HR and business development before she transitioned into marketing, where most of her experience lies. She has excelled in global and local marketing, digital and offline media, as well as branding. Essi has consulted iconic brands such as Heineken, ASICS, and TomTom, making her mark in the industry early on. As part of the team that helped Heineken win “Advertiser of the Year” at Cannes, and another that secured the Global ASICS media pitch for Starcom Worldwide, Essi has a proven track record of success from the beginning of her career.
Before following her entrepreneurial path, Essi held leadership roles at Rituals Cosmetics as Global Media Manager and Brand Campaign Manager. There, she led the offline media strategy while closely collaborating with the digital department. She also honed her expertise in marketing sustainable wellness products, aligning her professional work with her personal values.
In September 2021, Essi founded Ettinordic, a holistic lifestyle brand rooted in purpose and well-being. Most recently, in January 2024, she earned her diploma in Interior Design, adding another layer of creative expertise to her skill set. Essi was also a featured speaker at the Crush Movement Conference in May 2024, together with Jenni Demus, where they talked about the importance of authenticity in business.
Essi’s unique combination of strategic business acumen, global marketing expertise, and deep intuition allows her to offer invaluable guidance to purpose-driven leaders seeking clarity, alignment, and growth.
Essi’s Spiritual Background
Essi’s journey into energy and self-healing began early, in 2003, when her father, healer Erkki Koski-Lammi started teaching her. Her father continues to mentor her today, guiding her through chakra healing, angelic and master energy healing, ancestral healing, intuitive meditation, soul journeying and the power of rituals and self-healing. This lifelong mentorship has provided a strong foundation for her spiritual growth.
In addition to learning from her father, Essi has studied with spiritual teachers worldwide, continually expanding her knowledge and skills. She is a clairvoyant and channels intuitive insights and healing powerfully through speaking, using her deep connection to offer transformative guidance and support to her clients.
Essi’s spiritual path has been profoundly shaped by her healing journey. She has experienced powerful events such as kundalini awakening, feminine energy awakening, the dark night of the soul, and healing the witch wound. These transformative events have allowed her to reclaim her intuition, spiritual gifts, and inner power, deepening her understanding of the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. Her resilience and growth in the face of these challenges inspire others on their healing journeys.
Her formal education includes certifications as a Transformation Life Coach and Spiritual Life Coach (Transformation Academy, 2020), as well as a yoga instructor in both Hatha and Vinyasa (East + West, 2020), and Yin Yoga (My Vinyasa Practice, 2021).
Alongside her formal spiritual training, Essi has explored many healing practices, including somatic healing, TRE (Tension & Trauma Release), attachment theory, shamanic healing, neuroscience, womb healing, crystal healing, and Feng shui. She has also been a dedicated student of holistic well-being through nutrition, using the Medical Medium’s approach in her life.
Essi brings her knowledge, spiritual wisdom, clairvoyant abilities, and personal healing journey into her work. This unique, holistic approach aligns the mind, body, and spirit for deep transformation.
