We have noticed that today’s harsh, surface-level business world calls for more authenticity and leaders who lead radically from the heart.
Space for Growth is an intimate, high-level gathering for visionary female founders and successful (serial) entrepreneurs who understand that the journey isn’t just about strategy—it’s about your evolution. You know that your company’s next level is a reflection of your own growth.
We are opening a space for those who aren’t afraid to discuss hard-won lessons and what “leading from the heart” actually looks like in practice. No masks. No surface-level small talk. Just radical honesty and the power of a shared journey.
We plan to organize regular live and online events to support our members on their growth paths. The network will officially launch in Autumn 2026. The pre-launch gathering takes place June 2nd in Helsinki and this is your invitation to this gathering.

In this pre-launch gathering, we take time to meet and connect with each other, heart to heart, beyond the surface.
There will also be a moment where each woman shares with the room one real moment of growth from her month in business. Something you moved through, learned, or overcame that’s worth passing on. So come prepared.
This isn’t group therapy. It’s honest sharing from the place of your inner power and as a founder, you hold the discernment of what’s yours to share and what isn’t.
It can be small or big. What matters is that others can truly learn from it.

Essi Koski-Lammi
Essi holds an MSc in Business Studies and 20+ years in the business world with experience in global marketing, media, and branding for brands like Rituals, and ASICS. Alongside this, 20+ years of intuitive healing, in a lineage passed down from her father. Today she’s a business mentor and intuitive healer for women founders building their next level by becoming more of who they already are.
