Essi’s Spiritual Background
Essi’s journey into energy and self-healing began early, in 2003, when her father, healer Erkki Koski-Lammi started teaching her. Her father continues to mentor her today, guiding her through chakra healing, angelic and master energy healing, ancestral healing, intuitive meditation, soul journeying and the power of rituals and self-healing. This lifelong mentorship has provided a strong foundation for her spiritual growth.
In addition to learning from her father, Essi has studied with spiritual teachers worldwide, continually expanding her knowledge and skills. She is a clairvoyant and channels intuitive insights and healing powerfully through speaking, using her deep connection to offer transformative guidance and support to her clients. She has created a deep connection to her soul, parallel lives, spirit guides, angels and unicorns, etc.
Essi’s spiritual path has been profoundly shaped by her healing journey. She has experienced powerful events such as kundalini awakening, feminine energy awakening, the dark night of the soul, and healing the witch wound. These transformative events have allowed her to reclaim her intuition, spiritual gifts, and inner power, deepening her understanding of the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. She has lived in six different countries, studied business in Helsinki, Hong Kong, and Amsterdam, and holds an MSc in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Throughout her corporate career, she has worked in global teams, gaining invaluable international experience.
Essi’s career began in HR and business development before she transitioned into marketing, where most of her experience lies. She has excelled in global and local marketing, digital and offline media, as well as branding. Essi has consulted iconic brands such as Heineken, ASICS, and TomTom, making her mark in the industry early on. As part of the team that helped Heineken win “Advertiser of the Year” at Cannes, and another that secured the Global ASICS media pitch for Starcom Worldwide, Essi has a proven track record of success from the beginning of her career.
Before following her entrepreneurial path, Essi held leadership roles at Rituals Cosmetics as Global Media Manager and Brand Campaign Manager. There, she led the offline media strategy while closely collaborating with the digital department. She also honed her expertise in marketing sustainable wellness products, aligning her professional work with her personal values.
In September 2021, Essi founded Ettinordic, a holistic lifestyle brand rooted in purpose and well-being. Most recently, in January 2024, she earned her diploma in Interior Design, adding another layer of creative expertise to her skill set. Essi’s Interior Design Background
Essi’s passion for interior design has been a lifelong journey. She was inspired early on by her mother, who has been teaching her the principles of Feng Shui since childhood. This foundation in creating harmonious spaces led Essi to pursue her dream of becoming an interior designer. In January 2024, she graduated from The Interior Design Institute with an impressive average grade of 9.6/10, further solidifying her expertise.
Her approach to design is deeply connected to her understanding of energy and well-being. She combines her spiritual knowledge with practical design principles to create spaces that nurture the mind, body, and spirit.
Recently, Essi brought this holistic design approach to life by creating the decor for Piettolan Tila’s retreat space, a serene environment that reflects balance, tranquility, and purpose.

The focus of these sessions is on the present moment and helping you overcome the obstacles and lack of clarity you currently face in some area of your life. I see things about the future if needed (or if you ask), but the future is never set in stone; it’s up to you to choose your future with your free will and that’s why this is not about predicting the future but helping you with what’s happening right now so that you can live the life you love.
Your authentic Self (True nature, Highest Self) is separate of your Ego Self or the Human Nature. It is your connection to your soul, Divine, the Universe and oneness. It’s the Source within you and around you. It’s your inner wisdom, and holds the soul level skills, knowledge and reflects your soul’s true purpose. It is who you are deep down, the eternal multidimensional spiritual being. It’s created from pure love consciousness and so it is never negative or bad, as the vibration is so high.
Yes, both change and transformation are hard because the old stories and behaviors are deeply programmed into your body, mind and soul. Facing these strories can be difficult, but I’m next to you, holding loving safe space for you, once you do that. The biggest work happens in your daily life, when you start to become conscious of the old and new ways. A step by step you then start to release these old ways and add new ways into your everyday life – and that transforms your life. It can be hard, but it is so rewarding seeing your dreams coming true. It’s worth it. Trust me.

This is how much time the coaching takes bi-weekly:

Before this coachng, you will need to know your intention: why did you book the coaching?
When the LIVE online session takes place, you should have privacy and be alone in the room where you take the video call. It is strongly recommended that you would create a sacred space in that room also (more about that when you sign up).
It is recommend that you take the video call via laptop if possible. But you can also use your mobile, if wanted. You should have pen and paper/notebook next to you. More instructions will be shared after the booking.
No. The sessions are not recorded. I strongly advice that you write down all messages you receive.

During the coaching you get to have direct contact with me via Whatsapp.
I would like you to send me messages in written form. However, you might receive voice messages from me.
