Conscious Interior Design Service for Business
A Business Space That Feels as Good as It Looks
Your business deserves a space that is as unique as the vision behind it.
A space that supports its purpose and nurtures the wellbeing of everyone who enters it.
A space that simply feels good to be in.
I bring together conscious interior design, international brand and business experience, and intuitive energy work to create spaces with harmony, purpose and a strong sense of identity.
I look beyond the obvious. I sense the potential of a space, consider the energy it holds and translate your vision into an environment that feels right for your business.
Anyone who enters the retreat & yoga space mentions its beautiful energy. Many say the space is like a temple.

Essi has a unique ability to understand the space and its energy, and it was amazing to see how the space came alive in her hands, bringing harmony to what had been a chaotic worksite. As a designer, Essi is bold and open. It felt natural and inspiring to do design work with Essi, and I highly recommend her both as a collaborator and as an interior designer.

Meet The Designer, Essi Koski-Lammi
I’ve always experienced spaces on a deeper level. For me, a space is never just about how it looks. It has a feeling, an atmosphere and an energy of its own.
My path into interior design brings together several worlds that have shaped how I see and approach spaces.
I have an MSc in Business Studies (2011) and spent years working with global lifestyle brands in marketing and branding, including Rituals and ASICS, before starting my business and completing my Diploma in Interior Design (2024).
Meditation, inner work and energy healing have been part of my life since 2003. This long-standing experience is an important part of how I approach interior design, how I bring the wellbeing aspect in it and understand the relationship between people and their environments.
Nature is extremely important for me and my designs always have a strong connection to nature.
My Approach
THE SPACES OF WELLBEING PHILOSOPHY
As long as I can remember, I have looked at spaces from a deeper perspective. The spaces around us are deeply connected to the spaces within us. They influence how we feel, think, live, rest, work and connect with ourselves and others. They shape how we experience the present moment and how we build our future. They are also deeply connected to our holistic health and wellbeing.
This is the philosophy behind Spaces of Wellbeing. I approach every project by looking beyond the physical space, considering its purpose, vision and potential, the wellbeing of the people who inhabit it, and the feeling and energy it should hold.
My Intuitive Edge
A space can look beautiful and still not feel right. My intuitive perspective allows me to look beyond what is immediately visible and consider the atmosphere, energy and deeper feeling of a space. Through intuitive insight and space energy clearing, I create spaces that feel harmonious and good to be in.
My Commercial Edge
Your business space is an important part of how people experience your brand and products. My understanding of business and branding helps ensure that your physical environment is not only visually appealing, but also reflects your identity, communicates your values and creates a coherent experience for your clients, guests and employees. Equally important, it should consider the wellbeing of the people who work there, creating an environment where they can feel comfortable, focused and inspired.
My Wellbeing Edge
I consider the wellbeing of both people and the planet. The space should support the wellbeing and health of the people who work there, and be a safe environment where they can feel comfortable, focused and inspired.
I favour natural and healthy materials, natual and organic textiles, ergonomic furniture, clutter free layouts that relax the nervous system and sustainable solutions, while incorporating second-hand and vintage pieces to my designs. Plants are always an important part of my design increasing the nature connection.
How Spaces of Wellbeing Comes to Life In Your Business Space
THE FOUR PILLARS
01. Purpose & Vision
A physical space that reflects the heart of your business, its purpose, values and the vision you’re building towards.
02. Brand Experience
A distinctive environment that brings your brand to life through its visual identity, atmosphere, textures, materials, details and “the vibe”.
03. Holistic Wellbeing
Design choices that make everyday work safer, more comfortable and enjoyable, from ergonomic furniture and acoustics to natural, organic and healthy materials, plants and clutter-free spaces for focus and collaboration.
04. Belonging & Connection
A harmonious environment that reflects your company culture and makes employees, clients and guests feel welcomed, comfortable, connected and feel like home.
Case Study: Piettolan Tila.
From Old Horse Stable to Serene Retreat & Business Space
Piettolan Tila had a clear vision: to transform an old, unused horse stable to a peaceful environment for business workshops, yoga and moments of reconnection with oneself and nature.
The challenge was to honour the building’s original character and history while creating a functional, welcoming space for its new purpose.
My design approach included:
– Honouring the building’s history and original character.
– Creating a flexible layout for workshops and movement.
– Bringing nature into the space, including a six-metre Nordic forest wall.
– Selecting natural, non-toxic materials.
– Combining second-hand, new and custom-designed furniture.
The result is a retreat and business environment with its own character, created around the client’s vision and the experience they want to offer.

I'm HERE FOR YOU
Whether you need guidance with a specific part of your space or a complete interior design project, we can shape the collaboration around your needs.
01. Review & Vision
We start with a conversation about your business, your space and what you want to create. I develop the design brief, moodboard, colour scheme and project plan and then we sign the contract.
02. Finishes & Floor Plan
We focus on the foundational elements of the space — walls, windows, floors, and ceilings. Together we select surface materials and finishes, and I create a 2D and 3D floor plan. You’ll also receive a lighting concept (non-technical).
03. Furniture Design & Procurement
We design the full look and feel — furniture, textiles, art, lighting, accessories, and plants. You’ll receive material and sample boards as well as the shopping lists for the products.
04. Installation & Styling
I take care of sourcing, and together we order, and coordinate deliveries. Once everything is ready, I install decorate and style the space, adding final details to bring it all together.
Budget & Pricing
Every business space and project is different. The investment depends on the size and condition of the space, the scope of the design work and the level of transformation you are looking for.
We will discuss your budget and priorities at the beginning of the project, so the design direction and recommendations are developed with your investment in mind.
Studio Essi Koski-Lammi’s interior design fees are based on the scope of each project.
The goal was to create a space that would serve as a restorative and calming environment for people, so I felt that a connection to nature and a forest-like atmosphere would help achieve this. I came across Essi on Instagram, and I immediately felt she was a designer who could see the space from a deeper perspective and understand that this was not "just" about beautiful interior design but about creating the right atmosphere and energy in the space.
From the outset, Essi took me on a visual journey, exploring the ideal space where my business, my clients, and I could thrive. Her ability to translate this vision into a design and color scheme that resonated with me on every level was truly remarkable. Essi is a very down-to-earth designer who values quality, naturalness, pure materials, and recycling. She listens well to the client's wishes and finds creative solutions to fulfill them.
We were able to concretely bring the vision to life with various elements, such as a long forest wall (which also used forest materials from the land on the property), which plays a major role in the space. Now, I feel very peaceful in this space, and it's easy for me to start manifesting what I want to bring into my life in this next phase. My clients also enjoy the space, praise its energy, and take with them exactly the kind of energy I hoped they would gain. The harmony of the space and its strong, grounded energy encourage me to move even deeper along my path and to boldly embrace everything that is meant for me.Laura Strömberg, Piettolan Tila
