How I Use It
I knew what I was about to start building next, but I was still hesitating. Logically, I’d decided on a coaching business first, because it made sense. Build that, then add interior design later.
This meditation showed me the business path of my heart. It brought the design aspect right back in. At that moment, I didn’t know how to make it work. But it was crystal clear: design needed to be part of the business from the beginning. As I followed this path, the interior design aspect became much more clear and it looks completely different than I imagined back then.

How to Listen to the Intuitive Audio Healing
Find a space that is fully yours. Somewhere quiet, where you will not be interrupted. Lie down or sit comfortably. Give yourself the gift of uninterrupted time. No notifications, no one coming in.
You do not need to do anything. You only need to be present and allow.
You may see images, hear or sense things, simply know something, or notice memories arise—or you may not. All experiences are completely okay. The intuitive healing still works either way.
Sometimes I don’t see or experience anything specific either. If nothing comes, don’t push for answers. They often arrive when your mind relaxes and you simply allow the experience to unfold.

I have 20+ years of experience in intuitive healing, first learned from my father, Erkki Koski-Lammi – an intuitive healer, who still mentors me today. My practice has been deepened through teachers across the world and my biggest journey has been my own self-healing. I also hold an MSc in Business from the University of Amsterdam and spent years working in the business world with brands such as Rituals Cosmetics, Heineken, and ASICS.
Now I work at the exact intersection where business precision meets intuitive self-healing.
