
A channeled message on how to find clarity
When you’re clear about what you want and need, everything falls into place—doors open, energy flows, and the Universe aligns with you. Clarity is a powerful force; it frees you from confusion and uncertainty, and it makes everything feel easier.
Yet, while clarity is essential for moving forward, sometimes it doesn’t come easily. At times, it feels like you’re searching in the dark—meditating, asking, reading—and yet no answers surface. You’re stuck in a foggy bubble, trapped in your own thoughts, unable to move. The more you search, the more lost you feel.
This uncertainty brings anxiety, pressure, and sometimes even fear. You may begin to fear what clarity might uncover. After all, finding clarity might mean facing a fear that’s been holding you back. And that can be terrifying. But here’s the truth: Clarity is always available to you. It’s just waiting for you to unlock it.
How to find clarity?
Wait for the fog to lift. Sometimes, all you need is patience. The fog will clear in time, and clarity will come on its own.
Take action in any direction. Even if you’re unsure, make a decision. Moving forward, even if it’s in the “wrong” direction, will still bring you closer to the clarity you seek. You can always adjust your course.
Face the fear. Often, the barrier to clarity is a fear within you. By looking inside and confronting that fear, you’ll find the clarity you’ve been seeking.
Every little shift in your energy creates a ripple effect in your world. The moment you move—even if it’s just an energetic shift—things begin to change around you. I know you want to move forward, but sometimes you just need a little guidance to help you do so.
I completely understand how you feel, and that’s why I’m here to share a personal experience that might help.
A Personal Meditation for Clarity
Recently, while searching for clarity around a business-related issue, my grandmother’s spirit appeared in a meditation. She asked me if I remembered the saying, “Sometimes, you need to travel far to see things clearly.”
I replied, “Yes, I remember it.”
She then told me, “You don’t need to travel far. You can gain clarity right where you are. You can do this in a meditative state.”
She guided me to imagine my life as if I were outside of it, looking at it from a distance. Here’s what she suggested:
1. Visualize your life, and then imagine a bubble surrounding it.
2. Step outside the bubble and look at your life from a distance.
Take a few steps away—however many steps you need—and remember, you’re safe. Everything is well.
3. Look at what’s around you. What do you see?
When you zoom in on the problem, what comes up?
Allow yourself to see, hear, or feel the answer. The clarity you seek is there.
In that moment, the answer came to me, and the fog lifted
