Before the program, I felt like I had to be professional in a specific way at work and I was hiding parts of myself behind that persona. Unconsciously, I used to feel like I didn’t fully belong. Essi's money course was one of the most impactful healing journeys I have done. I have been trying to work on my money blocks for years. It has been even slightly embarrassing, because I am very good at helping other people to make money as a business consultant, but I have a tendency not to care about money when it comes to my own business. I could feel a shift during the course. Some of the things that had been weighing me down for years were lifted. I didn't feel that I had changed into a new person, but I felt more confident to be me, and that was the most important change that I needed. While my income level didn't grow directly during the 6-week course, things worth money just started appearing in my life. Things that I wanted to buy were given to me, or I found new ways to save money. I also got a clear vision of the next steps in my business, even though I haven't changed my products yet. I also started liking paying bills as they came in, and feeling empowered even when money was leaving my bank account. One of the biggest changes was that I started drawing more boundaries, and in that sense, maybe respecting myself more. Doing the best job does not necessarily mean putting in the most hours, nor does making the most money require adding on hours. My effectiveness increased significantly, and I became much more focused. I've gotten more done while working much less, and I am developing new ways to make money just by being myself.
My thinking about business has expanded significantly. I’ve moved from passive selling to active selling and thinking about how to grow more. That's because I now see possibilities I never considered before, and I’m thinking in a much bigger and more structured way than earlier.
Before working with Essi I was mostly living in my head. I used to stop myself and question things like, ‘Who am I to do this?’ Over time, I've become more willing to try things, even when they feel scary. The critical voice is still there sometimes, but it doesn’t stop me anymore. I've also started checking in more with myself and my body during the day and listening to what I actually need. I’m treating myself more like a friend.
Before joining the course, I was showing up in my business in a very filtered way. I was present, but not fully visible. I held back parts of myself, my voice, and my perspective, trying to say the “right” things instead of what was actually true for me. I had a tendency to please clients who were not aligned with my work or who were simply not the right fit. I knew this was not sustainable for my wellbeing or for the long-term success of my business. I joined the course because I felt there was more I wanted to express, but I didn’t yet trust how to do that without forcing myself. The key inner shift for me was realizing that my clarity doesn’t come from polishing or performing, but from allowing myself to speak from a more honest and grounded place. Something softened. I stopped overthinking how I should sound and started trusting what wants to be said. As a result, my visibility changed significantly, first and foremost, in how I relate to myself. I now recognize my own boundaries with much greater clarity. The direction I want my business to grow in is grounded in a deeper understanding of myself, including how my nervous system, personal history, and behavioral patterns influence how I work and lead. In marketing, I communicate more directly now — in how I speak, write, and share my work. Marketing no longer feels like stepping into a role; it flows naturally from what I do, allowing me to share my passion and knowledge with ease. I no longer need to explain or justify my work as much. I can simply state it, and trust that the right people will resonate. Through the course, my business found a more refined form. The essence of what I do didn’t change, but my understanding of it deepened, allowing me to express it with confidence in my offerings and marketing, without it feeling exaggerated or out of alignment. The need to please everyone fell away, and my services became more focused, bringing clarity, depth, and a sense of moving my business to the next level. I also recognize that growth and development never truly end. Yet, with the tools and insights from this course, I can see profound change in my internal mindset — and I believe that this inner clarity is the key to taking my business to the next level, while keeping my own wellbeing at the center.
