How I Use It
I used this meditation when I was about to start working, but my nervous system wouldn’t calm down no matter what I did. I felt tired and my energy was scattered. I felt like I should be doing a million things but couldn’t do anything. I knew I needed to recharge and reset before I could create. I asked the Universe for help and I was shown this meditation.
As I listened, I surrendered to the feeling of being taken care of by Mother Earth. My body calmed down from the constant buzzing. I connected with my soul and cleared my mind.
I returned to my work with full focus, from a much deeper sense of being aligned with myself, trusting and respecting myself more. How to Listen to the Intuitive Audio Healing
Find a quiet space that feels safe to you. Close the door and put your phone on silent. Create the feeling that this time is fully yours, and no one needs you for the next 18 minutes. You can decorate and prepare the space for you with your favorite crystals, or fresh flowers. You may lift a card for this moment.
Lie down or sit comfortably — I usually recommend lying down so your body can fully receive and relax. If you fall asleep, that’s perfectly fine. You needed rest. Just listen again another time and try to stay present.
During this recharge, you don’t need to do anything. Just follow my voice and surrender. Let Mother Earth hold you. You might see things, feel things — or you might not. Just be with whatever is coming to the surface.
Afterwards, take a moment before returning to your day. Notice how you feel. Notice the voice of your inner wisdom that is constantly guiding you.

I have 20+ years of experience in intuitive healing, first learned from my father, Erkki Koski-Lammi – an intuitive healer, who still mentors me today. My practice has been deepened through teachers across the world and my biggest journey has been my own self-healing. I also hold an MSc in Business from the University of Amsterdam and spent years working in the business world with brands such as Rituals Cosmetics, Heineken, and ASICS.
Now I work at the exact intersection where business precision meets intuitive self-healing.
