Before

The Spaces of Wellbeing Lounge

During the Crush Movement event in May 2025, I created a temporary meditation lounge inside the historic Helsinki Stock Exchange building.

A cold and uninspiring historic hallway was transformed overnight into a calm, welcoming space where I led meditations for businesswomen in the middle of an intense conference day.

Using selected pieces from Laura Ryyberg’s Deco Van, combined with my own design elements, the corridor became a serene, feminine and cozy space of wellbeing within the formal and masculine architecture of the building.

The space existed for less than 24 hours — yet even a year later, people still remember how stunning it felt.
