Essi Koski-Lammi
Essi holds an MSc in Business Studies and 20+ years in the business world with experience in global marketing, media, and branding for brands like Rituals, and ASICS. Alongside this, 20+ years of intuitive healing, in a lineage passed down from her father. Today she’s a business mentor and intuitive healer for women founders building their next level by becoming more of who they already are.
Jenni Demus
Jenni holds an MBA in Leading Business Transformation and is a seasoned entrepreneur of 20 years. Alongside this, she brings 15 years of experience as a professional coach, therapist, and published author. Having coached executives, teams, and multicultural organizations for over a decade, she acts as a trusted mirror for visionary founders—helping them navigate profound personal shifts and build their next level by leading radically from the heart.
