SPACES THAT nurture holistic wellbeing

For me, interior design is never only about aesthetics. The spaces we live and work in shape how we feel, think, recover and create. They influence our nervous system, our mindset, our emotions, and the direction our lives and businesses move.

I approach interior design holistically. A space should support the whole person — body, mind and soul — while also reflecting the bigger vision someone is building for their life or business.

Many of the homes and spaces I design are created for founders and entrepreneurs who want calm, harmonious Nordic environments that balance inspiration, focus and restoration. Whenever possible, I choose natural and healthy materials, sustainable options and second-hand pieces that bring character while supporting spaces that truly nurture wellbeing. My design process also includes energetic space clearing to reset and harmonize the energy of the space.

Below are the examples of my interior design work.
